As our clients, you can bring your own architectural plans to our General Contracting services or you can work with JPM’s Design Build team to craft your project. In addition to primary construction, we also do implementation and design for landscaping and exterior work. The result is a beautiful, crafted home and property finished on your desired timeline.

John Mills

John Mills

Director of Operations

John is a veteran of the construction industry, having worked in both commercial and residential building, with specific emphasis on project management and project supervision. In his early career he worked with several residential general contracting firms in California. Between 2006-2009, John worked with Clark Construction based in Washington, D.C. on large-scale projects including the Nationals Park baseball stadium. He is a licensed general contractor.

John earned his BA from the University of Arizona in Tucson, AZ.

Mathieu H. Mills

Director of Sales + Marketing

Mathieu has experience in company creation and development, management, and sales in an international context, including in France and Africa. Following work as a Peace Corps volunteer in Mauritania, he worked in Cameroon and Congo in telecommunications and in construction machinery sales. He returned to the U.S. in 2008 to join his brother to lead JPM Construction in high-end residential construction in California.

Mathieu earned his BA from Purdue University in Indiana and an MBA from HEC in Paris, France. He is fluent in French.

Mathieu is a CalBRE licensed Real Estate Salesperson with Coldwell Banker.
